To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and complete work, issue invoices, and improve our services. We do not sell your information.

Only the people needed to complete your job — our team and, where required, licensed subcontractors. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Photos of your property
Job photos are stored securely and used for quoting, records and quality control. We will not publish identifiable photos of your property in marketing without your permission.

Your information is stored on secured, access-controlled systems. Only authorised staff can access customer records.
Access and corrections
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Adrian@totalhps.com.au.
